Great for pre existing medical conditions

It was easy to buy online and enter pre existing conditions. Also easy to contact on the phone to update medical information too. Nice email on return asking if we needed to claim and telling us how to. Fantastic experience. We didn’t need to claim so can’t comment on claim procedure. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

I used Travel Insurance 4 Medical from June 2023 to June 2024 and I must say the value for money was very good considering I have a pre-existing medical condition. I had to use their customer service line once to add on winter sports cover and they were very professional and helpful, making it a stress free process to add this on.
