Great for pre existing medical conditions

It was easy to buy online and enter pre existing conditions. Also easy to contact on the phone to update medical information too. Nice email on return asking if we needed to claim and telling us how to. Fantastic experience. We didn’t need to claim so can’t comment on claim procedure. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Excellent service and value.

I found them the best for cover and value considering my terminal illness and other illnesses. Some companies wanted to charge almost as much as my holiday! Luckily I’ve never need medical insurance whilst on holiday but I have to have it. They did not charge a ridiculous amount. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

I appreciate that you cover pre-existing medical conditions - it put my mind at ease. However, customers do pay a premium for that and I hadn’t budgeted 600£ for travel insurance - it has almost doubled the cost of my holiday. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024
