My cruise missed a port.

My cruise missed a port. Asked for compensation. It took a while to get a response (3/4 weeks) but once reviewed payment came quickly. Very reasonable price considering minor medical conditions, I found that other insurance companies were asking a lot more and were unhelpful on the phone. Great service cover and prices ! .

Thankfully we haven’t had to make a claim but both my 88 year old mum and myself with both of us having health conditions, we have found your company to have the best value on the market, the 3 tariffs give you a choice. We both went for bronze because we felt this level of cover would be enough at the moment but should we want more cover in the future we can make a different choice.
