Wait till you make a claim

The staff at travel insurance saver were good, but when you try to make a claim the night mate begins with Axa. Have now been waiting 6 months for our claim to be sorted even with travel insurance saver’s intervention. Axa are trying everything possible not to pay out on a cancelled holiday due to a death in the family. They are even asking for our relatives medical history even though she died suddenly of a heart attack. Absolutely disgusting. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024
