Excellent value and really good customer service.

Excellent value and really good customer service. When I had to inform the company of new medical conditions shortly before my holiday the representative I spoke to on the phone was very reassuring and sorted it all in a few minutes. Have never had to claim but on return from each holiday they have sent an email explaining exactly what to do if I needed to claim. Reviewed on: 31st August 2026

I caveat this with not needing to make a claim, so can't speak to that side of the business, but in terms of purchasing the travel insurance, the cover was clearly explained, they maintained clear communication throughout and the website was easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 31st August 2026
