Next year will be the 3rd year I'll have used Travel Insurance Saver for my holiday insurance. The first time I chose them, it was solely because they were cheaper than their competitors. Last year their price for this year's holiday was excellent. so I decided to use them again and bought the policy. Unfortunately, covid-19 put a stop to the holiday and I was refunded by my travel agent. When I rang Travel Insurance Saver, I didn't even have to ask if I could get my money back. After providing my reference number, I explained that my holiday had been cancelled and the person I was speaking to immediately offered to refund the premium I'd paid ~ in full. Two days later, the money was back in my bank. No admin fees, no cancellation fees, no deductions whatsoever. Every single penny I'd paid was returned without question or hesitation. To say I was impressed is an understatement and that experience demonstrates exactly how an ethical company operates. Other companies should take heed. Needless to say, I've already taken out my holiday insurance with Travel Insurance Saver for next years holiday and will have no hesitation in using them every single time I require travel insurance....guaranteed!!
