travelling

Not had to use yet cause of the covid outbreak, was planning to go away so picked the best for money option which was you, given to me though money saving expert.com. A little more cause of the health conditions to be put down: for it not to be voided incase needed. planning to go this june time for a week when called to cancel they gave me two options. * back it to a better time *refund chosen to it for a better time just hoping the holiday deals remain the same eventually get a refund if do not use but happy to wait. :-) Customer service was polite and a friend when contacted, i do hope the person that took it is still with the company. First Class Insurance

I couldn't go on holiday because of the Corona virus, the flights were cancelled. We now have an air bridge so I decided to re book a holiday I contacted Travel Insurance saver to see if they would change the dates on my policy as I couldn't use the original policy. They couldn't have be more helpful and sent me through a new policy there and then at no extra cost. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Amazing Value For Money

Was looking for a travel insurance that would cover all my minimum requirements including pre-existing medical conditions at a competitive price. I found them to be at least 50% cheaper than the majority of other popular travel insurance companies on a like for like basis. Customer service I have found excellent up to the sale and acceptance of the policy. They re-arranged my policy to cover an alternative holiday next year as I had to cancel this year's holiday due to Covid 19. Overall very pleased to date with all aspects of my policy to date. Hopefully the customer service will be of the same excellent standard if I ever have to make a claim. That is when the true colours of any insurance company is revealed. Coronovirus
