Fantastic customer service on set up: quick to answer phone, calling me back, helpful, courteous, able to answer my queries. Straightforward internet banking too. Above all, I am happy that my money funds good, ethical causes, and was pleased that Triodos is so rigorous in checking my business before agreeing to offer financial services. Well done Triodos!
