Triodos, what a bank should be!

Their ethics, their friendly manner, their adaptability to the changing needs of their customers is phenomenal. So glad to have found them many years ago. They raise the bar of the banking world. It would be such a overdue if other banks followed their example. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

The only Bank that genuinely cares.

We are all amazed how the ‘big’ banks have the audacity to advertise in the media demonstrating their ‘for life partnership’, the self same who are constantly shown to be involved in scandals & mis selling. Simply the best!

I have had several bank accounts in my lifetime. I have tried to be ethical most of my life. Quality and ethical practice in my experience don't always go together. Triodos is something else. From set up to everyday business banking experiences, from simple enquiries to managing a hacked social media account, online and the phone, every time my bank responds quickly, thoroughly, calmly and effectively. Staff are clearly happy, well trained and proud of their place of work. My bank has been a stalwart support during these difficult times. It is my pleasure to commend Triodos for the top award. Inspiring banking

Since banking with Triodos I don't mind paying Bank charges for transactions any more. In fact I get quite excited because the money enables so many inspiring projects to get funded. I really appreciate the transparency, it's the only bank I have ever been with that lets me know what they're investing in and I love what I see. I appreciate the fact that if I have a question and ring to his bank I don't end up in a ling automated loop but get to speak to a real person who listens and answers my question without ever telling me I can find the information in their website.
