Excellent customer service but more importantly brilliant communications so that I know exactly how my savings are used by Triodos. visibility of impact through savings

I had to restart my savings journey after a financial shock and am glad that I chose Triodos. I had been looking for a more ethical banker and the app's impact dashboard is a great way to communicate how my money can make a difference. I hope to get to a point where I can also open a stocks and shares ISA and will look to Triodos and their ethical banking indices. Adding money to the account is a simple bank transfer and I can monitor it easily via the app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
