Honest, Responsive bank that invests ethically

Really honest and responsive bank. Is the first to pass on better interest rates to customers. I found it important to have a bank which is operating ethically and will invest in the ethical investments. Have recently simplified their online platform to be more user friendly and is working well. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical banking

Ethical banking is important to me; with Triodos I know my money is being invested in organisations I can trust. Speedy response to queries by phone and email, good interest rates, and withdrawals with 30 days notice. If I need it faster I just forfeit a little interest. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Investing with a conscience

Triodos are a fantastic alternative to the mainstream

Triodos are a fantastic alternative to investing in the mainstream UK banks who put money into fossil fuels and weapons. Triodos support environmentally sound endeavours and I am happy that my money is invested in these. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

The only bank that I will use

I have banked withTriodos for many years and have several accounts. There customer service is excellent - it is easy to speak with someone by phone and the people I have spoken with have all been knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. That just adds to the pleasure of banking with a company that uses my money for good purposes.
