An honest bank.

I use their online banking service and it's straight forward.

Whenever I've had a problem with the service, which happens rarely, I've been able to sort it out via the phone without having to wait in a long queue. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great customer service, efficient, and I can sleep at night knowing my money is only invested in good, positive things

I have banked on and off with Triodos for many years. their customer service has always been refreshingly brilliant - no maddening tech, just excellent and people centred service. Their interest rates are sustainable - a little below the 'market leaders' but that is because they only invest in positive things. Your money is really helping to invest in a better world, in so many ways. All banking should be like this! No boom and bust, just sensible, responsible, positive banking.
