Great product, wonderful bank, amazing people

I can still remember clearly, even though it was over fifteen years ago, my first Triodos AGM. It was so inspiring. The combination of intellectual rigour, long term vision and compassion was so unlike any other banking/financial experience I had had. There are many banks with slick adverts that purport to be thinking sustainably but Triodos actually does, and has been doing it for decades. The customer service is awesome - speak to people who know and care. The products themselves are clearly laid out, do exactly what they say and offer reasonable returns - crucially amazing returns in terms of what the products do in the world. Best bank ever. So glad I found them

I have looking for somewhere to invest ethically but never knew of such possibilities until I found Triodos. The paperwork is easy to understand and their customer service is first class (a lot of other banks could learn a thing or two). I only wish they did mortgages, as I would move ALL my savings to them for offsetting). Reviewed on: 28th February 2021

Excellent ethical products and good cusomer experience

Have had 2 sustainable Isas with Triodos for some years.. .They've performed well over this time. Good customer service. and 3-monthly valuations. Am relieved to know that my money is not being used to fund the arms trade, fossil fuels or deforestation. One of only a few banks that are reliably committed to ethical investment. . reassuring to have

It's very reassuring to have Triodos to bank with - a reliable organisation, which has grown carefully over time, and remains guided by its founding principles. I appreciate Triodos' level-headed and steady approach and its clarity of purpose. I feel valued as a customer, and it gives me peace of mind to know that my savings are not being invested in exploitative or environmentally damaging projects.
