Customer contact

I do all my banking online and have never had any problems with using the website. On the very few occasions I have needed to speak to a member of staff the service has always been quick, the staff polite and knowledgeable, and I have been able to deal with the issue quickly. The interest rate is lower than most banks, but that is compensated for by Triodos funding small and community businesses rather than simply supporting big business. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Great service and im really happy with my online isa. When i first opened an account with triodos a few years ago, i did so because a donation was made to freedom from torture.
