I have two savings accounts with Triodos, one is a cash ISA, on the few times I have needed to speak to someone about my account the customer services were excellent. Although the interest rate may not be as high as some banks, I feel happier knowing my money is going to good use until I need it. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

User-friendly application process

I received help by phone when having an issue in setting up my Cash ISA. Accessing someone to speak to was very easy and the person I spoke to was helpful and friendly and dealt with my problem. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Good rates, constructive investing, stable

Better rates than HSBC, confidence that money being used to support constructive causes, and more stable than the high street banks eg unaffected by the financial crash as not investing in sub-prime debs etc. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

Market leading ethics and transparency

Market leading environmental lending, ethics and transparency. A little way to go but progressing in terms of modernizing there app and user experience keep up with other online banks. Good customer service. Reviewed on: 30th March 2025

Excellent Banking experience.

Excellent Banking experience. In a world where a lot of banks use funds for negative purposes I love that my money with Triodos is used towards positive ethical and sustainable causes. In addition there is and added transparency to where the money is going. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
