It just works.

It just works. For my Cash ISA I get an easy log in to online services. Simple interface. Good communication. Interest rates are never the best in the market, but they are always reasonable, and I'm so much more confident that my money is being invested responsibly than with other providers. They're reliable AND ethical

I've literally never had a problem with this bank, and I've been with them for some years now. They're 100% reliable, and they don't play games: they really do only invest in things I'm happy to support, and avoid lending to people I don't want to deal with. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
