I love saving with Triodos because I know that my savings are working for the common good. Whilst I could get a higher return on my money elsewhere, I am happy to invest with Triodos as I trust this bank. Customer service is all that it needs to be. No problems there. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Online Cash ISA is a fantastic product!

Online Cash ISA is accessible, easy to use and interest rates are fair. Customer service is excellent when I have accessed it and the website is easy to navigate.
