I am not the most IT capable person but have had the best customer service experience when setting up accounts with Triodos. Huge amounts of patience and never made to feel embarrassed, also the amount of time needed was not at all an issue. it is so nice to get through to a helpful adviser quickly. Pleased to be a customer of many years

I have been saving with Triodos for a number of years, I started because of their ethical stance, but have also been very impressed with the experience as a customer. The website is easy to use and information about my existing accounts is clear and easy to find. Opened a cash isa in October.

Opened a cash isa in October. It was easy to set up. Spoke to customer service once since which was a person not a machine, helpful, straight forward and easy. Overall I'd say so far banking with Triodos has been a pleasant experience compared to other banks. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
