Triodos provides a service where you feel they really care about solving your queries and problems. This human contact and care cannot be manufactured through AI or automated systems and it is one I truly value. The other thing I value about Triodos is that I do know they walk their talk so when I am wanting to invest ethically, I know these values run through throughout everything the bank does.
