Overall, positive experiences

Online experience is good, the site is easy to manage, for instance when making a transfer. About over-the-phone experience I can't stay much, it is a long time since I last needed to phone Triodos. Ethical savings and personal service

I save with a clear conscience because of Triodos Bank's strict ethical policy and its willingness to put money to positive good use. The customer service is excellent and really tailored to the individual. My personal circumstances are difficult at the moment. Triodos listened, accommodated my needs and wrote a letter tailored to my circumstances, offering information about support. I don't know of any other financial institution that would do that.
