Opened a cash isa in October.

Opened a cash isa in October. It was easy to set up. Spoke to customer service once since which was a person not a machine, helpful, straight forward and easy. Overall I'd say so far banking with Triodos has been a pleasant experience compared to other banks. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Triodos provides a service where you feel they really care about solving your queries and problems. This human contact and care cannot be manufactured through AI or automated systems and it is one I truly value.
