Ethical Pension funds at Triodos

I have been invested in Triodos impact fund for about 3 years. This is where I want my money to be invested. initially the fund performed fairly well, now it is about average. I was very glad to be able to speak to someone by telephone who was not in an off shore call centre and who had the expertise to quickly help me with my enquiry. I moved a stocks and shares ISA from a different provider to Triodos and the transfer was smooth and I appreciated the range of ethical fund options available, and the supporting information for them was clear and helpful. The Triodos experience is brilliant.

The Triodos experience is brilliant. On a practical front, they offer clear and accessible information on the detail of the ethical investment and what it means in real terms, as well as detailed financial performance analysis and information. On a personal level, I feel financially empowered as well as connected to their movement to ensure that money not only doesn’t cause (hidden or explicit) harm, but actively contributes to creating good social and environmental impacts. When I’ve had queries, their customer service has been first class. I also use a current account with them and never imagined banking could be so good! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Triodos ISA - ethical and good customer service
