Most of my life has been with Triodos

I've been saving with Triodos since the last millennium. I trust them to look after my money because I know that they won't invest it in oil, arms or exploitation of people, animals or the environment. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Tax free interest on climate friendly investments!

I could find no better way to invest my money in an ethical while profitable way. All the financing goes to projects that respect the environment and the people. And tax free! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Inspiring ethics and the very best customer service

Their customer service is outstanding - after a very short wait, I speak to informed, articulate, responsive person who sounds genuinely motivated to resolve my issue - and always does so. I never have to chase up actions: they are always done after the first call. Their commitment to making the world a better place, and doing the right thing is so deeply inspiring. It is so important to me that I have the option of investing in genuinely ethical businesses (not a greenwashed investment fund like so many sadly are. The Stocks and Shares ISA allows me to invest in ethical businesses that align with my values. It has good interest rates compared to my other investments. I also have depository receipts which have been hard to sell for the past few years and depreciated in value. However, now they can be sold. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Excellent customer service and feeling of belonging

Excellent customer service when I've needed help eg with online banking, and also a great fund. I like how they keep me informed just the right amount. I feel part of something, which is amazing in addition to my savings working for me and for society. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
