Thoroughly recommend Triodos Stocks and Shares ISA

Triodos app is easy to use to review my investments, any time I've needed help someone has answered promptly, and I'm very happy with my experience with my Stocks & Shares ISA. All of the information is easily accessible however the app doesn't overload you with information unlike apps such as Trading 212. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. The agents helped me with the process of setting up a Stocks and Shares ISA using the proceeds from an existing ISA with another provider. I had to ask them specific questions though, about the somewhat confusing process. Perhaps, to be fair to Triodos, this was because of government regulations forbidding a provider from encouraging a customer to invest in a particular financial product. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026

Long-term customer

I've banked with Triodos for over 20 years and can thoroughly recommend them. Customer service has always been good as has the return on my investments via their Stocks and Shares ISAs. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026

Great company all round

I cannot fault Triodos bank either in their service level or in their values. The Stocks and Shares ISAs they offer are SO clearly explained on their websites, with many different options to invest in, all of which are vetted to ensure the money goes to a positive impact for people and the planet. It is also incredibly easy to manage your money with just a few clicks on the app, which takes all the friction out of banking and investing. Cannot fault. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026
