Sensible Staff, Local Call Centres, Real People

Great service, really nice to talk to sensible people that are based in a call centre in the UK. Triodos is more about colleagues and people than soulless AI. It also helps to know that my money isn't investing in nuclear war, deforestation and anti-social exploits while it grows in the banks. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I am a financial adviser and long time Triodos customer. I specialise in helping my clients green up their banking, savings and pensions. Triodos’ ethical credentials are what drive me to recommend them but actually the products are excellent. An ethical bank making a positive difference

I think one of the biggest impacts you can have as an individual is to use an ethical bank. I love that Triodos invest my money in organisations that are making a positive impact in the world. The banking app shows the impact of your savings in terms oh kWh of renewable energy generated for example. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Works like you want a bank to work

I love this bank !

I have been with Triodos Bank for many years. Their message is fresh, important and interesting and it corresponds with my values. It is a totally different bank, where I feel that merely by saving with them I’m doing some good in the world.
