Easy to manage account.

Interest rates of all Savings Accounts too low

The only criticism I have across all accounts that I have with Triodos is that the interest rates in the Savings accounts (i.e. the Online Saver Plus and Online Saver) could be more beneficial. This is currently at 1.80% for the Online Saver and 2.20% for the Online Saver Plus. Other banks are able to offer higher interest rates of 4.5% and higher. This unfortunately means Triodos is not my only bank, as the savings I keep with Triodos are only losing value with the inflation rate (as this is higher than the interest rate earned in each of those savings accounts). I would therefore love to see Triodos offer savings accounts with higher interest rate earnings. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

No worries

They are always very helpful if you need help. The main thing for me is that they don't invest in the bad stuff and do support projects that are ethical and environmentally friendly. I don't need to be concerned about where the money is going. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

The bank only supports businesses that are ecologically sound and that help to address the problem of climate change, loss of biodiversity and wide scale destruction that is currently being caused by lack of conscious decision making. The comms from Triodos are always clear and reasonable which makes me feel that I can trust them. I bank with them primarily because of their ethical investments and as a customer I have always felt very appreciated. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Feel good finance.

Easy to set up. Easy to manage and the online account interface is clear, easy to navigate and provides all the information I need. I find banking with Triodos reassuring. trouble free and easy. Ethical finicancial products from an ethical run business is really comforting in a world where so much is corrupt. I t can be difficult to see how one individual with modest means can make a difference and Tridos helps to me to make that difference. Feel good finance. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
