Guilt free banking

Things were a little slow at the beginning due to the high numbers of people applying. But once things were rolling they were very quick and made sure I was update with information and where quick to spot any changes in information on my account. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Very considerate of older customers who need time to adjust to new ways of banking

We have saved with Triodos for several years and are glad to be able to deposit our savings with a Bank that supports worthwhile endeavours and keeps us informed of where the money goes. With the switch of many products to online banking they have been very understanding of the time it takes to get used to and embrace online services and have made services available to help us with this.
