Opened a pension plan with True potential Investor, and it couldn't have been easier to set up, I had to call customer services due to entering my email address slightly wrong when setting up the account and they were friendly and helpful. Easy to navigate, full diligence done.

The app and website are really easy to navigate and help understand and breakdown my investments and accounts. The thorough questioning before setting up my two accounts ensured I got the best product for my needs and understood any pitfalls of the accounts recommended to me. The one time I had a slight hitch getting an account set up, the live chat service was quick, courteous and concise. I have received nothing but a faultless service so far. Pension Pot

I had to setup a new pension pot as part of moving jobs a few years ago now. Was hesitant to move to True Potential Investor, but havent looked back. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

User friendly with no complicated jargon
