Easy to set-up and phone calls are answered promptly (no waiting around like other banks) and the person answering is polite and trained enough to be able to handle the query. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

When you call with a issue you get an English speaking assistant, the picks up the phone and deals with the issue, It makes a refreshing change from being on hold for 30min and then trying to understand someone based on the other side of the world Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
