Excellent Updraft Experience

Updraft we're excellent at helping me reduce my credit card debt. I was also able to pay off store cards which has put me in a much better position. The payment is easy and affordable. Completely painless...

Updraft came up as a recommendation on Experian, The application and verification process was extremely slick and quick. Any queries or requests for documentation were communicated via email and their responses and turn around was fast. Fast, slick & painless...

The whole process was completely painless. All done via the app. Any questions were dealt with by email and the responses were quick. It wasn't an onerous application, you link your bank account and they do all their checks and let you know. The money was in my account the next working day. Hard to contact and stressful

Keep receiving emails saying I am behind in payments and need to settle this or it will be passed to debt collection agency when I am up to date, I send them a chat message as they have no phone and it takes over 24-48 hours for them to respond which causes a lot of stress only to be told sorry there’s a glitch or gremlin in the system. I have 2 loans with them and was off work I’ll for a long period of time, I went on reduced payments for 3 months after having to jump through hoops to show this and within a month I’m getting emails saying I’m now able to take out another loan, just apply, very irresponsible Reviewed on: 14th August 2024
