Good but could be better

I took a log book loan out with Varooma and their customer service was very good. The money was in my account within days of the initial application. However, the only way you can keep track of your loan and make payments is via the phone which is very convenient for people with busy lifestyles. Reviewed on: 31st May 2018

Always helpful and make the process of borrowing stressfree

I always try not to overstretch my budget but when the unexpected happens Varooma made using the asset of my car a sensible and straightforward option. They are always upfront about everything so you know where you stand. Once agreement is made the process is quick and hassle free. Reviewed on: 31st May 2018

My experience has been great so far with Varooma, I had a late payment and was so worried they would charge excessive fees but they just changed the date to when I could pay. I find them to be a very human service rather than just robotic as a lot of other companies in this industry seem to be. Reviewed on: 31st May 2018
