The service at the reddish branch is excellent the staff are always friendly and so helpful. I feel safe saving my small amount of money and know that the interest is good. The staff explain all the options and the different rules to the savings and make it easy for me to understand. I’ve been with the vernon for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. General feedback

Vernon offer a good range of products and their customer service is usually good, I had one negative experience in my most recent visit where i was basically told to go and sort the issue myself when they could have offered to help in my view, but on the whole they are usually friendly and helpful both over the phone/email and in person.
