Great staff

The Vernon show big firms how it should be done.

The Vernon are great listeners. They treat me like an individual and work hard to understand my needs, I never feel like they're pushing me towards one product or another, but they always make sure I'm able to make the best decision for me. They take the time to explain in clear language what they're offering and are always friendly. At times when I've been in difficult financial situations they are great at giving personal, practical advice. They are an example of how firms should operate. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025

Excellent Building Society

It was very straight forward to open an online savings account. When I needed help registering online the customer service team were very helpful and quickly addressed my issues.
