Local Branch near to home, Sue was helpful, friendly and totally professional. Reviewed on: 21st August 2025

Just opened a regular savings account online. Not easy.

Just opened a regular savings account online. It’s not the easiest thing to do. Takes time and patience with a lot of information to take in. Then you have to proceed to create a new standing order with your bank. All very complicated in my view. Not the easiest transaction I’ve ever completed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
