The staff at the Stockport branch were very friendly...

The staff at the Stockport branch were very friendly and helpful. They sorted out a new passbook for me and then transferred my money into a Cash ISA, quickly and efficiently. I was, however, very disappointed that the account I had forgotten about for over 10 years, had substantial funds in and did not receive any interest. I do not understand why this happened or why the Vernon did not contact me in all this time to inform me that my money was not receiving any interest. Could you please explain this to me? Great customer service

Vernon has some excellent savings products and I’ve been happy to be a member for 10 years. My only frustration is that I continually have difficulties logging into their website and getting locked out - though their customer service reps are always very friendly in helping me sort it out!
