Claim not paid out. I made a claim. Voyager handed it over to a loss adjuster who found a reason not to pay out. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Very easy&caring company

I rang up from hospital about 5 hours before I was due to leave, I was in such a state, the lady was so calm and caring, told me to not worry about a thing, get better and call again when I was out, such a weight off. The claim went though so quickly for me, my abusive ex found it tricky as he lied about the time he got cover, I let the claim handler know and left town. Best karma, Reviewed on: 27th July 2024

Voyager is the only insurance I could find that specifically covers pacemakers on their travel Insurance. Very easy to book online. Will always use. Reviewed on: 27th July 2024
