Very friendly and approachable

Every time I have had to apply for travel insurance lately I have needed to declare medical conditions, the staff have always been very friendly and patient helping me through the process. The online application is very straightforward and easy to use. The one time we needed to make a claim, the process was pretty straightforward. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024
