Amazing service at the time you need it the most

When my cat got very ill during the recent corona outbreak the staff at waggle acted very quickly and even leased with different vets in my area to get my cat seen and the treatment paid for l. Amazing service I was very shocked by the personal approach they took, they even messaged me a week after my car was brought back home to check that he was doing better! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

The future of pet insurance

Waggle really focuses on what is important to pet owners and that’s value for money. Not only is it very competitively priced but they offer extras you don’t always get with other companies. The FirstVet partnership has helped in more ways than my own dedicated Vets have. I had never heard of Waggel before I started looking for pet insurance, but I am so glad I found them. Their policies have lots of flexibility with many different policy options to fit the needs of your furry friend, and at extremely fair prices compared to other insurers. Having access to services like remote vet appointments saves money and gives you peace of mind. A very good life time policy provided who I would not hesitate to recommend. We are quite early in the relationship with Waggel. However, we already can say that the claim process is super easy, their customer service team is responsive and friendly and really enjoyed a feedback interview with the CEO which apparently happens frequently.
