Amazing customer service

I was impressed by the personalised service offered by Waggle, which can best be summarised by being assigned my own Customer Champion and said champion taking the time to ask me how my pug Lola was doing when I was submitting a claim. Excellent Insurance!

When we got our labradoodle puppy not very long ago, we searched for the best insurance we could that wasn't ridiculously expensive. Waggel is perfect as it covers everything for a fraction of the price of other insurance companies. The process for signing up was extremely simple and quick and accessing the website and making claims is also very simple and quick. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

I have my 3 cats insured with Waggel and not only is the cost amazing, they have a Facebook group which is nice to be able to interact with the people in the company. They definitely make you feel welcomed and not at all like they are just after your money. Waggel care deeply about their human and animal customers! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

There when you need it

reasonable price for all 4 of my cats. App Interface is self explanatory therefore easy to navigate. Also access to First Vet, so nice having quick and easy vet appointment with out the stress of caging the critters up and putting them in the car. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020
