Excellent Value for an Amazing Service

I had never heard of Waggel before I started looking for pet insurance, but I am so glad I found them. Their policies have lots of flexibility with many different policy options to fit the needs of your furry friend, and at extremely fair prices compared to other insurers. Having access to services like remote vet appointments saves money and gives you peace of mind. A very good life time policy provided who I would not hesitate to recommend. We are quite early in the relationship with Waggel. However, we already can say that the claim process is super easy, their customer service team is responsive and friendly and really enjoyed a feedback interview with the CEO which apparently happens frequently. Amazing customer service

I was impressed by the personalised service offered by Waggle, which can best be summarised by being assigned my own Customer Champion and said champion taking the time to ask me how my pug Lola was doing when I was submitting a claim. Excellent Insurance!

When we got our labradoodle puppy not very long ago, we searched for the best insurance we could that wasn't ridiculously expensive. Waggel is perfect as it covers everything for a fraction of the price of other insurance companies.
