A new type of insurance

I've only just started using Waggel, having switched from Tesco, but have been well impressed with how transparent and responsive they are. Firstly, they don't charge co-opted payments for older pets which has been one of my major concerns as the owner of an older pet (adopting older pets is important too, and we shouldn't be expected to pay 20% + excess fees for every claim!). Secondly, I like that they have a responsive web chat which means that me contacting my insurance company does not have to disrupt my other day to day activities (I can't concentrate when I'm put on hold) Reviewed on: 20th August 2020

Super easy and love the free support calls!

As a first time puppy owner, it's really really helpful to have the free vet calls and behaviour consultations to help me in knowing what to do and to calm the worry! So far very happy I chose Waggel. Reviewed on: 20th August 2020

A FRESH AND COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT APPROACH TO PET INSURANCE

I have a five year old dog that has no medical problems, but her insurance with a leading pet insurers has gone up at an absurd rate over the five years. It has almost tripled despite barely having made a claim and is now a major outgoing. I saw red this year at the lack of respect and incentive for loyalty so researched the market for a different insurer. I was impressed by the clarity and transparency that Waggel offered and it had very good rates with a clear indication of how they would only rise at a minimal rate. It was a no brainer.
