Doesn't honour reward offers

WeSwap send regular emails and twice since being with them I have received emails that I've interacted with offering additional cash if I top up a certain amount or so on however these have not been offered and because I had to top up the account and you can't transfer out of WeSwap, my money is now stuck on that card even though it's useless being there. Would not reccomend as I provided this as feedback and didn't get a response. Poor customer service. Reviewed on: 7th November 2019

So convenient!

I have been very pleased with the service WeSwap provides: the whole procedure is simple, swift and very good value. I have used it for several years in four countries (plus GB) and never had any issues with acceptance or any other card issues. The exchange rates offered, even after commission (charges) have always been far better than form any bureaux de change, and indeed other companies offering similar services. WeSwap is the most amazing concept for anyone who travels regularly and doesn’t want the hassle of carrying cash in multiple currencies all the time. The app is revolutionary, easy to use, quick and commissions are minimal. Simple and reliable

I was very wary at first as I’d already had a poor experience with another company but I have had no problems with WeSwap - easy to load my card and easy to swap currency. I like the fact that I have the choice to either swap immediately if necessary or to have a longer swap period at a better rate. It is so useful to have different wallets for different currencies. Great for cruising or multi-destination travelling. Reviewed on: 7th November 2019
