Best price and cover for ovarian cancer diagnosis.

When I needed travel insurance as an elderly citizen with existing medical conditions I researched what policies were available via the Internet. World-First Insurers had the most focused set of questions, performed an informed assessment and provided me with a very competitive policy premium. We had to cancel a holiday in Dec 2018 and I was insured with World First and was paid out in a matter of weeks. 8 months later my husband is still waiting for Direct Line to pay him. We were only claiming £400 each! Yet when we needed assistance on a recent holiday my husband now being also with World First we felt that they were not as responsive and helpful as they should have been Reviewed on: 6th August 2019
