We had to cancel a holiday in Dec 2018 and I was insured with World First and was paid out in a matter of weeks. 8 months later my husband is still waiting for Direct Line to pay him. We were only claiming £400 each! Yet when we needed assistance on a recent holiday my husband now being also with World First we felt that they were not as responsive and helpful as they should have been Reviewed on: 6th August 2019

I was very impressed by the cover provided and exceptional value for money. Having existing medical conditions, i was impressed by the very competitive price quoted in comparison to other well known companies, so much so that i took out cover there and then. Gdetting older makes it harder to find sensibly priced Insurance, even in Europe. Sometimes it seems to cost more than the holiday. World first are always the best price I have found and always very helpful when speaking to them. Reviewed on: 6th August 2019

After shopping around for cruise/holiday insurance WorldFirst came up with best value for money. The pre existing medical questions were very thorough therefore giving us peace of mind for our forthcoming holiday. Every consultant we spoke to made us feel a valued customer. Excellent experience. Low payment difference if you need to claim. Very helpful in the phone. Recommend to local cancer charities for people looking to get holiday insurance as they didn’t charge an arm and a leg to go on holiday. Reviewed on: 6th August 2019
