A very sensitive and thorough assessment of our needs followed by a very reasonable quote

They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. I was impressed that they did not seem to be reading from a prompt sheet but actually listened to me and our actual situation. Reviewed on: 21st September 2016

Easy site to navigate and more in depth questions re health declaration. This made it more accurate to describe my condition. Other sites seem to have a few standard questions and are one size fits all.

Great cover, simple system, affordable prices

World First were the first company that considered my health issues and gave me a sensible solution for my travel insurance - others had either not been interested or provided bad cover at silly prices. Their systems are easy to use to get a quote and arrange the insurance. Great drop downs help with speeding up the process. Their prices were great. I have insured to go to FLORIDA end of AUGUST i have 2 cancers that i have declared on the phone , the assistant was VERY helpfull in filling in the form (to try and fill in on line is a nightmare i.e understand the questian ) but as with all insurance you find out if it is any good is when you claim (hopfully not) i found the assistant very helpfull so if this is anything to go by should be good .Price not bad .
