My medical condition means that I am charged extortionate prices from insurance companies. As a regular traveller, I am so glad that I discovered world first. They not only offer cheap prices, but their customer service is fantastic. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

From the get-go World First were what they said on the tin. I travel frequently as an expedition guide and they made it exceptionally easy. It was affordable and when I needed to extend my policy it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There were no stresses! Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

I needed cover for an existing condition and the member of the customer service team I spoke to was extremely helpful and thorough. I felt he took time to understand my circumstances and help explain how the options best fitted my position. Even when I got the quote he double checked he had all my information correct as the quote came in lower than expected with my condition. I thankfully have not had to make a claim so can not comment on that side of the process but from what I have experienced so far I would happily recommend Wirld First to friends. Medical History? No Problem

Following fungal menigitis, my CD4 count (part of our immune system) has been slow to recover. Whereas that ended my assessment by other insurers, it prompted World First to ask more questions.
