I found it difficult to get travel insurance from other companies due the fact that I have CLL. The quotes I obtains were more than the holiday cost in many cases. So pleased to have found World First. Great Service and insurance costs affordable - many other companies charging so much more. Have recommended WF to family and friends. I have used World First for a few years now because I have a pre-existing condition and have found the cost of a family policy very competitive. Inflexible

Hi due to covid our trip to climb Kilimanjaro was delayed by 12 months. This cost another £130 to delay the insurance cover by 12 months. My three daughters who are going with me had insurance with another provider who amended their cover period at no extra cost. It was still cheaper for me to pay the excess else I would have only had a 50% refund for cover I never had. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Helpful and efficient!

When suffering a medical emergency whilst abroad, the team helped us quickly and efficiently giving us lots of information on what to do and how to do it. We felt completely at ease regarding our insurance during what was a stressful time. On returning to the UK, the claims procedure was clear, quick and easy! Would definitely recommend!
