I've been a customer for just a few months but then had an accident on my bike. The claims team were incredibly supportive and helpful and really worked with me to get my a new bike as quickly as we could given supply issues and they were all so nice and knowledgeable about bikes too! My yellow jersey accident claims experience quite simply a no fuss journey. Met my expectation and concluded a fair case judgement. I submitted photographs of damage yellow jersey arranged carbon respray and like for like replacement clothing. I have recommended their products to fellow riders without hesitation. Insurance made simple

I was in the unfortunate situation of having my bike stolen recently. Yellow insurance made claiming as easy as possible for me. The claims investigator assigned was quick to respond and extremely helpful. Unlike other insurance companies Yellow Insurance did not make it difficult to claim.
