Fantastic service & complete piece of mind

Having insured my bikes with Yellow jersey for a number of years, during which time I have made 2 significant claims, I can confidently say their claims process and customer service is second to none. Combined with a generous renewal discount I get not only good value but piece of mind that if I should need to claim I will be dealing with a fair claims team who are also passionate cyclists. Comprehensive cover and no quibble claims

They fully cover all my bikes snd cycling activities, here and overseas. The one time I needed to claim, the agents were local, sympathetic and extremely helpful. My damaged goods were replaced quickly and they checked that I hadn’t discovered more damage. Great service. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

I wish other insurance firms were like this.

I simply cannot fault the team at Yellow Jersey. I’ve had the unfortunate need to make two claims but the process was quick and efficient with great communication at all times. The major difference I find is that everyone you speak to is a keen cyclist so knows what you’re going through, can appreciate the situation and reduces the friction compared to dealing with a generic claims handler. I’ve recommended them to anyone who rides a bike and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Good, Friendly Company who have helped me a lot

I race my bikes and therefore am more likely to have accidents. I've also been unlucky with cars in London and have had a couple of run ins. Both times Yellow Jersey have sorted me out quickly and efficiently. Their in-house claims team are passionate and knowledgeable and make the whole process much less painful. They also contacted me during the pandemic to say I could reduce my insurance cover to not include racing (as there wasn't any on!) and that they would contact me again to remind me to reinstate the higher cover level, which they duly did. Great Cover, Great Service

I was so impressed with the on-line experience, everything was easy and the instructions were so clear with lots of helpful information along the way. Good, flexible cover at an affordable price.

Insurance only becomes important when something goes wrong... when my bike was vandalised they were amazing, helping me through the process, recommending replacements and when I decided to self source, paying really promptly. Nice people who get cycling :-) Reviewed on: 16th September 2021
