High level cover at competitive prices

My renewal was due in August. My current provider quote was the same price as Yellow Jersey but it did not have additional equipment covered in the policy. Yellow Jersey included this as standard for the same price. I'm very pleased. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021

What an insurance company should be

I’ve found all my dealings with Yellow Jersey to be fuss and stress-free. Unlike most dealings with insurance companies, the interaction has been more like a chat with a friend rather than negotiating a bureaucratic minefield. Absolutely brilliant

Yellow Jersey cover exactly what I have needed for my cycling and competing. Joining was very easy with the different levels of insurance laid out very logically and explained very well, and even the documentation behind it is easier to navigate than most. The layout of the website is user friendly and making changes to the policy as needed is made very simple. The customer service has been great, I have never felt less chased and more served by an insurance company during renewal time and to top it off during the covid lockdowns the automatic downgrading to a more appropriate level of cover considering the restrictions and lack of competitions was much appreciated. Above and beyond

To double check that they had a full understanding of market price they actually reached out to the bike OEM personally and checked for me the cost the replace. More than I'd normally expect and customer service has been consistently excellent. Cheaper insurance is available but I doubt there is a better service out there. Reviewed on: 27th August 2021
