Easy, sensible, speedy resolution of claims

My son damaged his road bike when he hit a pothole. Yellow Jersey took a prompt and pro-active approach to the repair/replacement of his damaged bike parts so he was able to get back racing as quickly as possible. I especially liked Yellow Jersey's ethos of promoting cycling in general as they suggested that, instead of returning to them the undamaged bike parts that were being replaced, we donate them to my son's cycling club instead. Comprehensive Cover and Great Customer Service

Having peace of mind with insurance is the main thing I look for. YJ provide this in buckets, and for a competitive price. Whether commuting, training, racing, going for a social ride or just whilst my bikes are in the home or locked up outside a cafe I know that my multi-bike policy covers me and my bikes for theft, damage and liability. No wrinkles in the policy wording to catch you out just good insurance cover. The YJ team are there to help you and offer advice and give friendly customer service. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Exceptional customer service and just as importantly, knowledge and experience of cycling. Dealing with a team who can relate to your situation, know what questions to ask make the whole process a lot more pleasant and frustrating. And just generally nice people to speak to.
