Great service

Savings including a Christmas pot

I save via my employer as a way to build up a savings plan with a percentage earmarked for Christmas so come the end of November I will not be struggling to buy food, drink and gifts out of my wages. The portal is a great way to see my account 24/7 and I have found Your Community Bank staff to be really helpful, friendly and available over email and phone which is really handy when you work a Monday-Friday 9 til 5. A union for the people ,giving respect to all members.

I have saved consistently with the credit union, and had no problem getting a loan to visit my family in new zealand. Also I have had to make several withdrawas, which i did over the phone. I have always been treated with consideration and respect. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

I used to be with Croydon Plus Credit Union

I used to be with Croydon Plus Credit Union, before the Switched to Your Community Bank. The Switch over and Re-Registration was explained in detail with a few glitches at first.
