I have had no problem with using my card when and where I please, it has been an easy transaction whenever I had to use it. The limit, as with any credit card is dependent on your own personal circumstances, I found mine too be right for me, and I would recommend to anyone to have one, not only as a "back up" card, or even a primary card.
