I'd only recently opened my account but I had a problem with a company refusing to refund me for a service they didn't provide. I spoke to a member of the team at Zable and they put a complaint in to the company for me and said they would freeze the amount and I would hear back a few months later. As to their word, I did hear a few months later and the process was so straightforward. Thank you! Reviewed on: 29th May 2024
